Explosion.

Lifted, shifted, higher than the ceiling. This by far is the ultimate feeling with no possible comparison other than the fact that you’re sitting on top of the world observing. Seeing it as how its supposed to be seen since you’re on the plateau of a different point of view. Embracing the reality of it all without necessarily grasping the actuality of the real thing. But let me remind you that you’re just looking, not seeing. As far as you’re concerned, from up here it couldn’t be anymore overwhelming than it already is. Because your dreams are right in front of your eyes, but for some reason the street lights have blinded your sight. Causing you to squint your beautiful eyes and create your own fantasy. Drifting away from the person you were meant to be and getting closer to the person you think you are.

To be honest, I’d much rather be down there. In the real world. Where you stop observing and start experiencing. Erasing the possible thoughts of “What if” and replacing it with what should be done. Getting a daily dose of what it takes to be a somebody, not just some body. Making your way to the top your own way so that you can get on a whole new level of high. And where the scene of the sparkle in your eyes is more interesting than the reflection of the city lights. Only because you have the opportunity to shine brighter than you ever imagined. You are so much Closer than you think.
